Florida State safety Derwin James is more athletic than you. He’s more athletic than anyone you know. This kind of athleticism is banned in at least four states, and plenty of towns have ordinances against this athleticism. This is one of those “are you serious?!” moments. Not only does he leap a solid four feet in the air, but he catches it one-handed like it’s nothing. The only person who does that is Odell Beckham Jr.
Sure he can jump high, but can he lift? Yeah -- he can totally lift. He can lift 405 pounds.
