The Carolina Panthers host Washington on Sunday. Washington added a little intrigue to the game with some trash talk the night before.
The Panthers reminded Washington of its trademark issues with a vicious burn

Carolina is #Redskins country. #HTTR pic.twitter.com/mwOxn2IGxS
— Washington Redskins (@Redskins) November 22, 2015 Claiming an opponents home city is really your team’s country is a solid insult. Except the Panthers were just lurking with the perfect response.
@Redskins Good luck with getting a trademark on that
— Carolina Panthers (@Panthers) November 22, 2015 Yes, that is a trademark burn and it’s a VICIOUS one.
Washington had it’s registration on “Redskins” cancelled last year by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. That decision was upheld during the summer and now Washington has resorted to comparing the name to porn in an effort to get the decision overturned.
If the Panthers play on the field as well as their social media team tweets, Carolina is going to win 56-0.
