Mets GM Sandy Alderson briefly lost consciousness while addressing the media at Citi Field on Wednesday, according to reporters who were present at the press conference.

— Anthony Rieber (@therealarieber) November 4, 2015 Alderson was midway through an end-of-season press conference with manager Terry Collins, at which Alderson praised the team’s pitching staff and announced that the entire coaching staff had been invited to return for the 2016 season.
After collapsing, Alderson quickly regained consciousness, smiling and joking briefly with the media before walking off the stage.
Alderson joked "ok, where were we" after getting back up and sitting for a minute. He walked out of the interview room under his own power
