The Detroit Lions kicked off Thursday by firing GM Martin Mayhew, team president Tom Lewand and just about everybody in the organization not named Jim Caldwell.

The Detroit native thinks the team has a lot of talent -- but also some crucial weaknesses. As GM, he’d shake things up.
“I think I’d start off by trying to find a new head coach,” says Tikey. “I don’t think Caldwell has a supporting cast any longer. He claimed he’d get the team ‘disciplined’ but that doesn’t really help us in the win department.”
As for the main idea of the Blaine Tikey administration? “I think I would lead the Lions to a few more victories this year.”
And if that fails...
