Fenway Park is one of the most famous stadiums in baseball and most teams would probably love to play in a stadium with as much history as it has. You can’t just steal it, though.

— Boston.com (@BostonDotCom) November 9, 2015 Hey @Nationals you might want to have a word w/Turner Licensing. This is the 2016 calendar cover pic.twitter.com/4kLHVR8wsr
— susan vavrick (@edit_susan) November 8, 2015 The Nationals wasted no time issuing a statement letting us know they don’t think they actually play their home games at Fenway. From The Washington Post:
“Our licensee used an incorrect photo in its 2016 Nationals calendar, a product that the Nationals were not involved in producing. We are working quickly to rectify the situation including recalling the calendars from retail,”
So you only have a few days to buy an authentic Fenway Park covered Nationals calendar! Hurry!
Of course, this still wasn’t nearly as bad as the terrifying Jayson Werth bobblehead.
