P.K. Subban's holiday spirit knows no bounds. First, it was singing "Let It Go" with his teammates, and then he and Air Canada gave the kids a Christmas surprise at Montreal Children's Hospital. This is the same hospital that has an atrium in his namesake, after he'd announced back in September that he'll donate $10 million over seven years. And since the atrium has his name on it, a pajama-clad Subban and Air Canada decided to decorate it into a beautiful Christmas party. The kids loved it:

Subban (@PKSubban1) December 24, 2015 The biggest surprise of the event, however, went to a family who had lost their home in a fire three days prior -- Subban and Air Canada surprised them with a $5,000 check to help them with their financial burden. In return, they gave Subban a hug and an “I love you.”
According to NHL.com, it was a playoff loss that inspired Subban’s generosity. After being frustrated for not being able to give Canadiens fans something to cheer about, Subban decided to make an impact in Montreal through charity:
“I have the ability as of right now to encourage other people to get involved,” Subban said. “I may not always have that ability to get people to donate money and join my charity or my foundation or my events. But right now I do, so I’m trying to capitalize on that. Who knows? Hopefully I have that for the rest of my life, but why not do it now?”
It’s safe to say this won’t be the last time we’ll see P.K. Subban being an angel to those in need.
