A Falcons running back is in concussion protocol after slipping in the shower

Tevin Coleman is in concussion protocol after falling in the shower Wednesday and hitting his head, according to Atlanta Falcons coach Dan Quinn.

The Falcons running back, who fractured a rib earlier this season, had 23 yards on four carries in Sunday’s win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Falcons did not announce whether Coleman would be available for Sunday’s matchup against the undefeated Carolina Panthers in Atlanta.
