On Sunday, Kellen Moore will get his first-ever NFL start, as the Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback.
Rex Ryan says the Cowboys’ new quarterback is ‘a little bitty dude’
But he’s better than he looks.

Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan has seen what the lefty is capable of firsthand -- but that doesn’t stop him from thinking he’s a pitifully tiny, scrawny, peewee shrimp of a man.
“Well, first thing that jumps out at you, he’s a little bitty dude,” Ryan told reporters Wednesday. “You’re expecting these big, 6’5 dudes and here’s a guy that’s 6-foot. Then he’s throwing with the wrong hand.”
The diminutive Moore is 6’0 to his 2015 predecessors’ 6’2 (Tony Romo) and 6’4 (Brandon Weeden and Matt Cassel).
Ryan said, however, that Moore is better than his near-freakishly small proportions would suggest.
“But he’s accurate. He’s poised. And obviously the numbers he put up in college speak to that as well. He’s a smart guy. That’s kind of what jumps out at you.”
