When you think about NBA coaches who are cordial to courtside reporters, Gregg Popovich probably comes dead last on your list. But even Pop appreciates Craig Sager and how he's fought leukemia in recent years and welcomed him to Thursday's Spurs-Grizzlies game with an incredibly warm embrace:

UPDATE: Here is Sager’s interview with Popovich at the end of the first quarter. Pop told Sager it was “the first time he’s enjoyed doing this ridiculous interview we’re required to do, and it’s because you’re here and you’re back with us.”
