Ohio State’s offensive coordinator got drilled in the face by a field goal in practice

Just because Ohio State is taking on Notre Dame at the Fiesta Bowl on Friday doesn’t mean that there are no fun and games for the Buckeyes. Cardale Jones decided to take a break from preparing for Ohio State’s bowl game by watching a practice video involving the co-offensive coordinator.

Co-offensive coordinator Ed Warinner was just minding his own business — in the middle of a play, mind you — when suddenly DOINK! The old field goal attempt to the face. The hit was so bad that it knocked Warinner’s hat right off his head. That is incredible accuracy! According to Jones, Warinner is fine after that hit.

It turns out the place kicker was responsible, so he apologized on Twitter:
