The Chyron within the video itself states that this video is featuring Kyndra Kennedy, who we can assume sings the hook, but the YouTube description says this song features Rich Piana, who is the tattooed bodybuilder in the video. The video is hosted on Piana’s YouTube channel, so we can assume he had something to do with this getting made. Weightlifting rapper Big Con’s video for ‘Get Swoll’ takes you on a journey
At first it seems like a harmless video about lifting weights and drinking seven eggs. Then it really takes a turn.

But the video is the important thing here. This video contains multitudes. Guys helping kids out with bullies and their personal weightlifting regimens. Kids waking up in the morning to crack a glass full of eggs for SOMEONE ELSE that they DON’T EVEN DRINK ALL OF.

I guess Big Con likes to kill people in alleys?
This could be linked to his drug problem.
He tells his “coach” that he should go kill himself. And I guess the coach does?
But it’s okay, because now he understands that getting swoll should be used for good instead of evil. I ... I think.
Watch this a few times. It is baffling and somehow wonderful (note: not wonderful).
