Lauren Hill’s teammates bring dinner to hospital after she’s unable to attend team meal

The unimaginable strength Lauren Hill has displayed through her battle with cancer has inspired people throughout the sports world and beyond. On Tuesday night her teammates ensured their friend was still a part of the team. The Mount St. Joseph University women’s basketball team brought a banquet dinner to the hospital to eat with her, since she was unable to attend in person.
In addition, it was announced that Hill would receive the Governor’s courage award.
