Kamikaze Squirrel battles, defeats squirrel-proof bird feeder

James Dator
James Dator has been covering a wide range of sports for SB Nation for over a decade, with a special focus on the NFL.

A simple squirrel dreamed a dream, to feast on the nuts and seeds that lay just outside his grasp, to test the limits of what is truly “squirrel proof.” For a small rodent this is swimming the English channel, being shown the impossible and saying, “I’ve got this.” Nothing was going to get in its way; even failure didn’t soften its resolve.

Kudos to you, tiny rodent. Don’t let some marketing fat-cat tell you what your limits are. Dream big, leap high, redefine what’s possible.

Thank you to Bud Elliott for sharing this amazing video with us.
