Everyone needs to chill out about Aaron Rodgers rooting for Wisconsin

Aaron Rodgers has been a Wisconsin superfan during the Badgers’ run through the West region of the NCAA Tournament. He’s celebrated in the locker room, and on Saturday night he made it onto the court to congratulate Sam Dekker on his onions.

But — *gasp* — the Packers quarterback went to Cal, not Wisconsin, and the Badgers were playing a Pac-12 team to boot. This is sports! So even though he’s worked in Wisconsin for 10 years, some people on Twitter are mad.

Grown adult reporter Dennis Dodd is even more upset because Rodgers had a better view of the Badgers cutting down the nets after securing a Final Four berth.

Cool.

Anyway, this is all pretty silly! Luckily, Rodgers shut the whole thing down with a few tweets.

Red, the color of Cal rival Stanford.
