In celebration of Johanna Quaas, the world’s oldest gymnast

Johanna Quaas is 89 years old. She was born and raised in Germany and spent most of her life as a gymnastics coach. She is still doing stuff like this:

In 2012, she was certified by Guinness as the world’s oldest gymnast. Take a few minutes to appreciate how awesome she is.

Let’s hope we’re all half as rad as her when we’re in our eighties.
