Dunk contest participant dons blindfold, jumps 3 feet, fails miserably

Justin Melton — AKA QuickMelt, Mouse and The Flying Minion — was co-champion of the 2014 Philippine Basketball Association Slam Dunk contest.

In 2015, he put on a blindfold, jumped from the foul line, got halfway to the basket and windmilled the ball directly into the ground.

This is NOWHERE NEAR THE BASKET.

The reaction from his teammate, whose shirt he was wearing as a blindfold, preeeetty much says it all.

Unless maybe he was trying to dunk on a different hoop?

Melton was eliminated from the contest after this dunk. Rey Guevarra, last year’s co-champ, went on to win.

Welp.
