Celebrity Deathmatch was a guilty pleasure you don’t need to feel the least bit sorry about enjoying. It was dumb and the jokes didn’t always hit, but all of those issues melted away when you saw Michael Jordan jam a basketball in Dennis Rodman’s mouth. Now the show is returning -- maybe.

MTV2 is exploring revitalizing the series, at least for an episode. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a pilot order has been made which could see ultra-violent Claymation return to our screens later this year. At this point you probably already know if this is something you’ll watch or not, but if you’re somehow on the fence, then take a look at Michael Jordan vs. Dennis Rodman and decide.
