James Dator has been covering a wide range of sports for SB Nation for over a decade, with a special focus on the NFL.
Eyes and camera were on Meb Keflezighi as he approached the finish line of the Boston Marathon, and he knew it. Rather than having his finish overshadow that of fellow elite runner Hilary Dionne, he took her hand and the two crossed the finish line together.
Dionne was thrilled.
