Wisconsin boy Tony Romo was really happy Duke won

In case you didn't know, Tony Romo is a huge Duke basketball fan. The Cowboys quarterback was spotted celebrating in the crowd after the team's national championship victory.

You would think it would be something of a bittersweet moment for Romo since he grew up in Burlington, Wisconsin, but he doesn’t look too sad at all.
