Huge thunderstorm hits Preakness Stakes and the photos are wild


The show must go on, or the race. The Preakness Stakes was run amidst an absolutely ludicrous amount of rain. For a while it seemed like a delay might be in the cards with a huge thunderstorm that was approaching Baltimore, but despite evacuating the infield the race was still run.
