Well, this isn’t good.

— NBC Nightly News (@NBCNightlyNews) May 22, 2015 Good heavens. From Instagram:
An updated visual on the sink hole that opened up earlier today at Big Cedar Lodge’s Top of the Rock in Hollister, MO. Host of Bass Pro Shop’s Legends of Golf, the course and the range are still open, according to a course spokesperson. The hole consumed a portion of the range, which was designed by Arnold Palmer. I was told, given the topography, sink holes in the Ozarks are not uncommon. Referred to as a “geological event,” no one was hurt and experts are on site assessing the situation. This course hosts the Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf on the Champions Tour every year, so they’re probably already hard at work figuring out how to fix this.
