Low-speed chase ends in the strangest way possible

These sort of chases are a regular occurrence in Los Angeles. The ending of this particular chase ... this is a new one.

On Friday night, a possible DUI suspect was driving around Sherman Oaks, Calif. in a car with signs reading “VICTORY PARADE” on the doors. Police were in pursuit for a good long while, but then a citizen RAN IN FRONT OF THE SUSPECT’S CAR ... which is a thing that you should NEVER, EVER DO.

The suspect then IMMEDIATELY gave up and the citizen grabbed that dude and dragged him over to the waiting police. The end result? Both the suspect and the citizen got arrested for their troubles.

Again: NEVER DO THIS.
