Al Horford ejected for throwing elbow against Matthew Dellavedova

Perhaps this was just bad momentum and looks a lot worse than it was, but this elbow from Al Horford seems awfully suspicious. Let's not forget that Matthew Dellavedova's tangle with Kyle Korver resulted in the high ankle sprain that ended Korver's playoff run.
Was it intentional? Perhaps we’ll never really know, but the referees ruled it as such and ejected Horford. Here was their explanation:
