Desperate times call for desperate measures, and having a rain-soaked baseball field the day you are supposed to host an NCAA baseball tournament regional is a desperate time.
Dallas Baptist used helicopter as a fan to dry baseball field

— DBU Baseball (@DBU_Baseball) May 29, 2015 Dallas Baptist experienced this and came up with a pretty creative way to fix it. A helicopter was flown over the ballpark Friday morning, mere hours before the first game was set to begin.
The makeshift fan coupled with a whole lot of leaf-blowers got the job done, as the first game was able to start right on time.
