By the time you realize what you’re watching, this man has done chair splits while holding a 100-pound barbell

It’s all in the hips!

This weightlifter set up his video camera and decided to film himself doing the splits on top of two chairs WHILE ALSO HOLDING 100 POUNDS OVER HIS HEAD. (Frankly, we think it looks like more than 100 pounds, as it appears to be four 25-pound plates plus a bar, but that’s our speculation.)

This from the Jukin Media, who posted the video:

“In an attempt to spread the word about ‘Hardcore Stretching,’ this man did chair splits, which were impressive by itself, while lifting 100lb barbell above his head.”

Soooo it looks like hardcore stretching is now a thing. This is gonna be great!
