Patrick Wills had a pretty great day at the golf course, shooting a 57 that was good enough to win the Summer Solstice tournament he was playing. Somehow, the 57 wasn’t even the most impressive part of the round.
Former Marine golfer claims to have shot a 57 with 3 holes-in-one

Three holes-in-one. Three holes-in-one? Three holes-in-one! Wow.
For Wills, though, it’s not even that surprising:
The odds of a low handicapper achieving a hole-in-one are approximately 5,000-1, but Wills makes something of a habit of it.
Amazingly he has previously scored 22 aces in 47 years of playing. They have all come in tournament play, 18 of them on par threes and four on par fours.
Obviously, there’s some skepticism around something like this, but Wills stands by the story.
“I’ve been around the world 10 or 12 times, fighting for this country’s freedom. People are allowed to believe what they want to believe -- I fought for that freedom. But I know what I shot, my playing partners know what I shot and the people at the tournament do as well.”
