Dwight Howard no longer wants to be known as "Superman," a nickname that's stuck with him for years. Now he wants to be called "The Flash," which was a nickname previously held by Dwyane Wade until 2010. To reflect this change, Howard is getting himself a custom 2015 Dodge Challenger that bares the colors of the eponymous comic book character (and coincidentally, his team).
Dwight Howard has a new Dodge Challenger that’s based on ‘The Flash’
A new car for a new nickname that’s based on another superhero who can move fast.

Ash says the project will run around $65k -- and included everything from a custom paint job ... to a pimped out steering wheel ... and custom Flash logos on the wheels, hood, seats and gas cap.
But the highlight ... Ash installed a custom lighting system which shines a Flash logo on the ground when Dwight opens a door. Pretty cool stuff.
TMZ Sports has the exclusive gallery, in case you want to drool at the sight of this beast.
