Cleveland fans have finally found themselves back on the map thanks to LeBron James.
Sports have a lot to answer for sometimes -- they get us mad at people we’ve never met and towns we’ve never even been to. Take Cleveland for example.
While you may feel you’re justified in thinking “The Land” is a crappy town, take a minute and ask yourself why. Because of those LeBron fans who burned his jersey, the pessimistic Browns supporters, or because of the stereotypes outsiders are forever creating? Ever spared a thought for how the average Cleveland fan feels hearing the rest of the country say they suck? Probably not.
