Lauren Hill honored with moving ESPYs tribute

Lauren Hill realized her dream of playing college basketball on November 2, 2014, and tonight her parents accepted the ESPY for Best Moment on her behalf.

Amazingly powerful stuff from a mother who has been forced to go through something no mother should.

After getting her chance to play college basketball, Hill retired from playing to coach and raise money for cancer research. Lauren lost her battle with brain cancer on April 10, 2015, but continues to be an inspiration to us all. If you aren't familiar with her story, you can watch the touching video ESPN put together for tonight's ceremony.
