Well, for Chris Froome it kinda went the wrong way. The 2013 Champion, who is riding in the Tour de France claims he had urine thrown over him and called a ‘doper’ while advancing his lead on the 14th stage. That doesn’t sound thirst quenching at all.
Hang on, how does he know what pee tastes like? You’d have already have had to sample it to know, right?
Either way, his dominance obviously brought out the worse for some fans who abused him and drenched him in the offending pee. Froome, who is 30 years old insists he is a clean:
A spectator threw a cup of urine in my face and said 'doper'. You don't do that to anyone. It's not in the name of sport.
Ok but still, you miiiiight want to wash your uniform.
