Carlos Gonzalez threw his glove to stop a foul ball, failed

The Rockies outfielder got a little silly

Colorado Rockies star outfielder Carlos Gonzalez picked the right time Wednesday afternoon to experiment whether throwing his glove at a ball would capture it. It didn’t.

Thankfully for Gonzalez, it was nothing as catastrophic as teammate Ben Paulsen’s mistake on Monday.
