There are some spectacular outs made over the course of a 162-game MLB season, but this might be the best we will see in 2015.
Royals complete 4-6-3 putout that doesn’t seem possible

Good. Great. Grand. #WOW: http://t.co/quiWpPk0DH pic.twitter.com/wgpb2lJ0Tg
— MLB (@MLB) July 29, 2015 You know, just your standard 4-6-3 putout that involves a great grab, a better flip and a perfect spinning throw.
Robert Perez probably thought he had a single. After all, on a hard-hit grounder up the middle he deserved a single. Omar Infante somehow managed to glove it, and he and Alcides Escobar made magic happen. There is no way Perez should have been out, but then he was.
There’s no question it’s a great play, but it has competition for the best flip play of the month. Brandon Phillips and the Cincinnati Reds combined on this beauty only a few days ago.
