Cat video festival takes over baseball stadium

Do you like to watch baseball? Do you like to sink low in your seat and blink at fireworks after watching baseball? Do you like to sing baseball songs, and eat baseball foods? Do you like to play baseball?
At CHS Field in St. Paul, Minn., home of the indy league St. Paul Saints, 13,000 Minnesotans used the baseball confines last night to watch cat videos, paint cat faces on one another and do other generally cat-related, or at least easily cat-punned, activities at the fourth-annual Internet Cat Video Festival.

The event, hosted by St. Paul’s Walker Art Center, featured the mayor of St. Paul throwing out a ceremonial ball of yarn.
Attendees were not allowed to bring their cats, though they were encouraged to dress as them.
