This is definitely one parenting technique. That’s right, there will never be a participation trophy in James Harrison’s house, if James Harrison has his way. The Steelers linebacker didn’t like seeing his 8- and 6-year-old sons get trophies for doing nothing -- he wants his family to earn what they get.
