People are using their faces and their butts to hold for field goals

For years, the process of holding the football for a kicker has been pretty standard and very effective. They say necessity is the mother of invention, but that is not the case here. No, here boredom and a desire for pain appear to have given birth to some creative ideas.

Okay, off the ear not only risks getting hit directly in the face, but also probably subjects the holder to really loud noises. This might not even be the craziest one we’ve seen though.

This video, courtesy of The Big Lead, shows a holder utilizing HIS FREAKING TONGUE to keep the ball in place while someone obliterates it with their foot. Surely these are the only people to ever try this one...

NOSE. We’ve now seen holders utilize their ears, their tongues, and their noses which means all we have left is an eyeball. We are not recommending trying this with an eyeball. That would be a terrible idea.
