Hitting a home run off a foul pole is a rare, but not completely unusual. Hitting a home run off the top of the foul pole, however, is not something you see very often. Marcell Ozuna pulled off the rare feat on Thursday, drilling the top of the left field foul pole at Marlins Park.

— MLB (@MLB) August 21, 2015 The only question is whether the home run should be measured at 344 feet or if he should get credit for the bounce off the pole. Just based on difficulty giving him the extra distance only seems right.
