This is the creepiest bike ride you’ll ever see on tape. It’s basically Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds replicated with a mob of kangaroos.
I was born in Australia. I lived the first 18 years of my life in Australia. I have never, ever see eastern gray kangaroos act like this. Normally they’re like deer and will take off at the slightest hint of a human, unless they’re particularly gutsy. It’s not unusual to see their open-membership groups swell to large sizes, but it doesn’t change their overly cautious behavior in my experience.
This only means one thing: The Kangaroo Rebellion is underway. This is how Australia becomes like Mad Max.
