Nick Young is a professional basketball player known as much for his self-professed swagger as his basketball, and this was Rule No. 1 of swagdom.

So, seeing this tweet cross my timeline was shocking news, to be honest.

I did a little research and it’s true. The proof is right there on the Drew League Instagram account. Nick Young’s right arm: No longer strictly for buckets.

Nick Young and M.H.P. are on the floor now taking on NWA. The winner gets a spot in the Russell Brown Division championship game against Houdini's All-Stars at #thedrew next Saturday.

There are two potential outcomes here. Perhaps Nick Young, his right arm no longer strictly for buckets, never makes another shot again. Or maybe, freed from being *strictly* for buckets, Nick becomes a world-class cellist. An Olympic fencer! A surgeon!

Time will tell.
