MLB player eludes tag sliding into 2nd with magic

Ninja slides have almost become commonplace in Major League Baseball, but that doesn’t make them any less amazing when they happen.

What really depicts how ridiculous this slide is is the way the fielder reacts. He’s probably tagged someone out at second millions of times before, but this was something new and different. He panicked and moved his glove out of the way for no reason and then just smacked Charlie Blackmon on the butt as a way of saying, “What the heck dude that was nuts.”

Seriously, he lost control of his limbs -- this slide was so impressive. Or maybe Blackmon cast a spell on him. We may never know.
