Brazilian soccer teams play game on a giant slip-n-slide

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to watch two soccer teams face off on a giant, wet sponge covered in grass? Well, Oeste and Boa, two teams in Brazil’s second division are finding out this evening.

Somehow, in the middle of that sea of chaos Wilson Júnior found a way to paddle a ball into the goal for Boa.

Oeste responded later in the first half to tie things up.

The game finished as a 1-1 tie.

So there you have it: Water soccer can work and be competitive! It just takes some practice.
