Jacksonville State gave it a good go in Auburn today. The Tigers had to score a touchdown in the final minute just to force overtime against this FCS school. But once they made it to extra time, Auburn scored quickly to take a 27-20 lead.

It looked like the Gamecocks wouldn’t have a chance to force a second overtime when they faced a fourth and goal on the 21, but then this happened:
Unfortunately the wide receiver took a step out of bounds before he caught the ball, so even if he had been able to get a foot down in bounds, the catch wouldn’t have happened.
