We all know (or perhaps have been) someone who’s spent an afternoon trying to perfect a soccer trick. It takes time, but it’s worth it. Freestyle soccer player Indi Cowie captured the exact moment she nailed the “triple revolution,” wherein a player spins their foot around the ball three times while it’s in mid-flight. And apparently, she’s the first woman to do it:
