Stephen Curry does everything in his power to uplift 10-year-old boy with brain cancer

Stephen Curry met up with Taliq Davis, who has been “diagnosed with an inoperable tumor in his brain stem,” according to Bay Area News Group’s Jose Fajardo.

Steph is the boy’s hero, so the MVP gave Taliq a hero’s welcome, signing a T-shirt and telling the 10-year-old, “I appreciate you coming. It means a lot to me.”

The Warriors connected with Taliq back in March when a team community relations manager found out about Taliq’s story via a local Texas TV station viewer, per a report by KWTX. That same month, Golden State sent him a care package full of swag, and a couple months later, Steph tweeted a Happy Birthday message to Taliq:
