High school basketball player makes a layup with his face after getting drilled

If you’ve played enough games of HORSE, you’ve probably tried to use your head to score a basket at some point. One high school player successfully broke out the trick shot during a game, although not intentionally.

That goes down as a made layup in the box score so it seems like a great strategy to me. Plus, how could a defender ever block that shot when he doesn’t even know it’s a shot! Sure Steph Curry can make three-pointers from anywhere on the court, but let’s see him make a face layup.

High school athletes are getting very resourceful these days. From accidentally heading in a layup to using a referee’s face to help deflect your extra point up and in. Always use your head (or someone else’s).
