— Hardwood Paroxysm (@HPbasketball) January 22, 2016 The Warriors are leaving a trail of fired head coaches in their wake
The Warriors’ dominance of every team in the NBA has been fun to watch, partly due to the way Steph Curry and company have changed the way we watch basketball.
It turns out they're probably also changing the way we're going to watch the NBA playoffs this season. Rather than simply waiting for the next Dubs' shellacking, we'll be watching games with concern for the fate of the opposing head coach -- three out of the four teams that faced the Warriors in the 2015 playoffs now have cut ties with their head coaches, with David Blatt being the most recent departure after the Cavs' 34-point loss to the Warriors.
The teams in the West who are in line to make the playoffs should fear for their head coaches now. Talk about mind games, Warriors.
