Snickers has become a mainstay in the Super Bowl landscape. It has especially found its niche with commercials built around someone not being who they truly are when they are hungry. Super Bowl commercials 2016: Snickers turns Willem Dafoe into a disturbingly brilliant Marilyn Monroe

This year, well, this year there is Willem Dafoe -- the quintessential villain -- playing the role of Marilyn Monroe, white dress and all. On the one hand, I find this to be utterly terrifying, just like the crowd in the commercial. On the other hand, it’s Willem Dafoe as Marilyn Monroe and I want to see where this promo for the real commercial ends up.
Snickers has a fairly high bar to live up to as one of the best Super Bowl commercial producers. This appears to be a promising tease, however, and could once again land the candy bar among the most talked about commercials. At a minimum, it sure looks to be one of the most unique.
