The Nationals want YOU to be the next racing president

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

Do you dream in red, white and blue? Does the smell of freshly cut grass bring a tear to your eye, one that only Old Glory herself can send brimming over? Do you have stamina, speed, a high tolerance for humidity, a height between 5’7 and 6’6 and the ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds?

Well, then you might just be the Washington Nationals’ next racing president.

The Nationals are seeking a new racing president to join a proud tradition of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt and occasionally William Taft and Calvin Coolidge racing during the fourth inning.
