Soon you can buy a $1,600 cashmere NBA-themed sweater

Wow!

Esquire

Fashion and the NBA go hand in hand these days so it’s no surprise that the league has teamed up with The Elder Statesman to release its first series of high-end NBA clothing items. But these are like REALLY high end ... Russell Westbrook kind of high end. A cashmere sweater is going to cost you around $1,600.

Esquire

Eventually all 30 teams will have clothing available from the company’s website in a variety of scarves, hats, shirts, and crewnecks. Pricing for hats start around $400, so those won’t come cheap either.

Esquire

To be fair, The Elder Statesman is a really cool brand made from extremely high quality materials, so the price is justified. These sweaters are going to be really nice if you can afford them. The line will release at Barney’s on Nov. 4.
