James Dator
James Dator has been covering a wide range of sports for SB Nation for over a decade, with a special focus on the NFL.

The concept of freeline skates is nothing new, but seeing them used like this — well — that’s another thing entirely. They’re small, skateboard-like devices that would absolutely make us do the splits and immediately tear every single muscle from the waist down.

Isamu Yamamoto is the skater showcased in the video and he’s absolutely incredible. The whole video is worth your time, but we’ll be watching this moment forever and ever.
