Andrew Luck stood next to Denzelle Good and became GOOD LUCK for the Colts

James Dator
James Dator has been covering a wide range of sports for SB Nation for over a decade, with a special focus on the NFL.

The NFL has been woefully lacking in the world of fortuitous jersey pairings, but the Indianapolis Colts raised the game on Sunday by putting offensive lineman Denzelle Good next to Andrew Luck. You see where this is going.

College football is known for its wealth of jersey pairings. Wake Forest gave us their own “Good” pairing earlier this season.

What we need is for Denzelle Good to wind up in Denver next season with Tony Romo (allegedly) and then for the Broncos to draft another lineman named Reggie Bad, who is a player I just invented. Then we could have GOOD ROMO and BAD ROMO whenever the moment required.
